In 2015, Angie Tumlinson was living a life that looked perfect on the outside — a loving husband, three daughters, a respected career, and two thriving businesses. But beneath the surface, she was running on empty. Working 50–60 hours a week, she had no time for herself, no way to relax, and a gnawing sense that something essential was missing.
She had done everything right. And she still felt stuck.
